To book, simply choose a package, choose a date, answer a few questions and submit your deposit.
We require 50% NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit. This amount is applied toward your final balance. Your remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your setup date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Zelle and Apple Pay. We do not accept CASH payments. An itemized invoice detailing your selections will be sent to your email.
When choosing your setup time, please select the time that you want us to arrive. Please allow 3 hours setup time for VIP Packages and 2 hours for all other packages.
Once you have made your reservation, please add the decorator’s name to the reservation. The name will be provided in your email invoice. Once the setup is complete, we will leave the key in your room.
Our time slots fill up fast, so we recommend booking your location, date and time as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for cleanup. We do offer next day clean up for a $50.00. Please allow 1 hour PRIOR to checkout for cleaning. We will only clean and remove the setup decorations. We do provide everything needed for you to clean up along with instruction.
If you decide to cancel, The Memorable Experience will no longer issue a credit. To reschedule, you must submit a new date that’s with the next following 3 weeks.
No! We require that you provide the city that you will booking in when you reserve with us. Please provide your exact location at 1 week prior to your setup date
